My favorite Black Friday store is KMart. In this area, they’re kind of forgotten, so much easier to get the good deals
It would be Walmart, although after the last few years I probably won’t be going near it. Time wise, it’s just not worth the wait (last year it took me over an hour to check out).
If you want a great bargain on toys, without a line, checkout Walgreens! Last year I stopped there solely to use the bathroom and scored 2 carts full of toys and other gifts for under 100 bucks!
